Clarity

Spiritually satiated? Emotionally drained, demeaned, damaged?

Clarity from Citizen Brooklyn on Vimeo.

Lives spent balancing
on the end of a wavering pool stick.
I want the power of choice.

How are the bases?
The foods, the drinks, the shits, pisses, fucks.
Weariness.

All the more complicated, higher order perturbations.
Spiritually satiated? Emotionally drained, demeaned, damaged?
As the stick falls, breaks a glass, and is picked up again.

Are we cared for? Loved?

Beyond all this – being aware of the fact
that you are deciding.

Treasuring the six moments in my life
when I actually could
and how I wish one of them
was not wasted on angles and couches.
