It’s Summer Again!

I am a powerful fellow when it comes to being a vagabond of the stressed out lot.

Sleeping under the thorn bushes in central park, the arrangement of lips to skin is euphoria.

In a world full of slashed tires and vagrants who emerge as our bosses and social ladder climbers we remain ephemeral and somewhat complete.

Looking into those saucer-like eyeballs that hold the fury and sound of our trips beyond this plain of existence I am harkened back to a time of men in suits and Panama hats, screaming drunken down the side streets.

I have felt the pain of the knife of the nighttime brew shakes,

The

Day

Time

Wallet wallow.

Cyrano De Bourbon on the rocks with a “That’s enough” coming from your side of the underbrush.

I am a powerful fellow when it comes to being a vagabond of the stressed out lot.

Walking down YORK AVE and seeing the rich seeing me seeing them and they gasp at the blood on my shirt, the look of utter disgust and contempt that hangs from my jowls.

Don’t/Ever/Tell/Me/What/I can drink.

Tell me what I can drink? Don’t.

You will end up like her.

Bleeding

To

Death

Underneath

The

Statue

Of

Shakespeare….

Underneath the statue of me.
