Skyscraper Adorned in Philips LED Lights for Massive ‘Tetris’ Game

A Drexel University professor takes over the north and south side of the 29 story Cira Centre to break a world record

Players were stationed at Eakins Oval in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and on Drexel’s campus nearly two miles away, in order to take advantage of the two-sided gameplay. They used joysticks connected to laptops, which sent wireless signals to an Internet server to control the blocks of light as they drop down the building’s facade.
